IT Tech Cert Learning Program Registration & Policies

Registration Confirmation

Your registration for a program is only confirmed once:

• Full payment is received within Three days of registration or before the program start date (whichever comes first).
• You receive an explicit confirmation email from an IT Tech Cert Learning employee.

Payment Methods

• We accept online payments (RazorPay, PayPal, Remitly, UPI, Bank Transfer, Western Union etc).
• Cheques should be made payable to “IT Tech Cert Learning” and payable at Delhi.

Cheque Payments

• Your seat will only be confirmed once the cheque clears, and the funds are received in our account.
• If a cheque bounces due to insufficient funds, you will have two business days to make full payment.
• A penalty fee of INR 1000 will be charged for each returned cheque.
• Non-payment may result in collection proceedings and withholding of course transcripts or certificates.

Program Fees

• The program fee covers registration, participation charges, program materials, snacks, and lunch during the four-day training program.
• Contact hour/PDU certificates will be issued upon full payment.

Program Cancellation by IT Tech Cert Learning

We reserve the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, instructor illness, or low enrollment.

In case of cancellation, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the program or provide alternative arrangements. You will have the option to:

• Reschedule the program.
• Enroll in a similar program at another time.
• Receive a full refund.

All refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the scheduled program end date.

Registration Cancellation or Changes by You

• If you need to cancel your registration or cannot attend the full four-day program, you must inform IT Tech Cert Learning by email as soon as possible.
• Cancellation policies:
  
  • Cancellations before seven business days of the program start date will incur a cancellation fee of INR 6,000 or USD 150$.
  • Cancellations within seven business days of the program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.
• All refunds will be processed within 45 business days after the end date of the originally scheduled program.
• You can reschedule your program to another date subject to availability and IT Tech Cert Learning’s approval.
• No reschedule fee applies if done before seven business days of the program start date.
• A rescheduling fee of INR 5,000 applies if done within seven business days of the program start date.
• Cancelling a rescheduled program results in forfeiting the program charges.

100% exam Passing 

To be eligible for our 100% exam passing, you must:

• Take the certification exam within 30-45 days of completing the training program.
• Attend the complete training program (2, 4, or 9 days depending on the course).
• Attempt all online mock exams provided and have them reviewed by IT Tech Cert Learning before the main certification exam.

Passing Guarantee Details

If you fail the certification exam with the help of our assistance in your exam, we will:

• Refund your training fees (excluding study materials and administrative charges).
• Analyze your exam results.
• Provide web-based or phone-based coaching for the certification exam.

• All course materials provided are copyrighted property of IT Tech Cert Learning and their partners organisation.
• Reproducing, storing, transmitting, or translating any program materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
