IT Tech Cert Learning Refund Policy

IT Tech Cert Learning (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality IT certification training and courses. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for our programs.

Refundable Services

• Full Refund: We will issue a full refund if:
  
  • You cancel your registration before seven business days of the program start date. 
  • You have not received an explicit confirmation email from us.
• Partial Refund: We will issue a partial refund of the program fee minus a cancellation fee if you cancel your registration within the following timeframes:
  
  • INR 6,000 cancellation fee: If you cancel between Two business days of the program start date and the program start date itself, The amount will be credit in  the customer account wihtin 14 working days in his/her bank account.
• Refund : We offer a refund on certain programs in which we have mentioned(see details below).

Non-Refundable Services

• No refunds: We will not issue refunds if:
  
  • You cancel your registration after the program start date.
  • You fail to attend the complete training program.
  • You do not attempt all online mock exams or have them reviewed by us before the main certification exam (applicable to money-back guarantee programs only).
• Cheque Payments: Refunds for cheque payments will be processed only after the cheque clears and funds are received in our account.

100% Passing (certain programs only)

 You will be 100% Pass if you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Take the certification exam within 30-45 days of completing the training program.
• Attend the entire training program (duration varies depending on the course).
• Attempt all online mock exams provided and have them reviewed by us before the main certification exam.

All course materials are copyrighted property of IT Tech Cert Learning. Reproducing, storing, transmitting, or translating any program materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
